Watch 101 is the new home of watches that cater to all fashion situations life throws at the average person. Based in LONDON, we take our influences from the city and try our best to portray that in all our imagery. We are a business run by all the documents of authenticity that the manufacturer provides.
Are the watches you sell genuine?
The watches we sell are all 100% authentic. We do not sell ant type of counterfeit pieces.
Do you sell secondhand watches?
No, all of our watches are brand new and will be received in new condition, this includes all outlet items.
What guarantees do you offer?
We offer a 30 day returns policy which allows you to return your item within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. However, please make sure the item is unused, unworn and in a perfect, re-sellable condition.

How am i supposed to place an order?
You can make a purchase through the site by clicking the product and following the options to make a payment.
How will I know that my order went through?
An automatic confirmation will be emailed to you once an order is placed to confirm that it was successful. If you don't receive the email don't panic, just contact us asap.
Where can I apply my discount code?
On the checkout page there will be a text box on the right side of the page where you will be able to enter your discount code. After clicking the 'Apply' button the discount will be calculated and applied to the final cost. Please remember only one discount code can be used per sale. Discount codes also are not applicable to outlet items (unless stated) and Amazon affiliate items.
How do I alter or cancel an order?
Make sure you contact us straight away in order for us to amend or cancel the placed order.
How do I send my watch back if I don’t want it?
You are able to send your item back within 30 days of purchasing, as long as the item is still in a new and unused condition. Please let us know by email that you would like to return the item, noting your order number and reason for returning the item.
The watch I brought isn't working.
If you believe the watch you purchased isn't working once its arrived, please contact us via email and we will guide you through the process. Please note free returns are only applicable for the first 30 days after a purchase.
What if my order isn't received or has gone missing?
If your order does not arrive as scheduled please first check your online tracking information to see if there is any information from Royal Mail or the courier service. Your tracking number should allow you to check the progress of the shipment or to call them for any information they can provide. If you still cannot locate your package please contact us and we will have Royal Mail or the courier carry out an investigation. This can sometimes take a few days.
If your item cannot be located by Royal Mail or the courier service then we will process a refund or send a replacement item, depending on what we have discussed with you. However we cannot take such action until we have received confirmation that the item is lost. Please also note that investigations for international deliveries can take considerably longer and we are unable to provide exact estimates of the timescale in such instances.

What are Watch 101's delivery options?
We currently offer Free UK delivery on all orders over £50, the estimated delivery time for this service is usually 2-5 working days. We also offer Royal mail first class delivery for £2.50 or next business day delivery for £5.99.
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and sent out the same working day.
Do you ship to international locations?
Yes we do ship internationally. Delivery to EU locations are shown on the checkout page as well as delivery to non EU locations. The prices of delivery will vary depending on location. All delivery options are displayed during the checkout process.
Where is my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your order tracking information. This tracking number can will be used to follow the progress of your delivery. This is very useful, knowing exactly where you will be when your order is about to be delivered. If you haven’t received an email with your tracking number then please get in touch.
