Watch 101 offer free delivery on all orders within the UK
Delivery Notifications: You will receive an email to the address you provide once your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number for your order so you can track it online right to your door.
Delivery Timescale: The delivery time-scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order (does not include mobile version). We always aim to process orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Next day delivery only applies to the next working day and therefore if an order is placed on Friday it will most likely be delivered the following Monday. Orders will not be processed or delivered during national holidays.
Delivery cut-off time: All orders placed after 2pm will only be dispatched the following business day.
Standard Delivery (2-5 days): Our free delivery service is sent with Royal Mail's tracked and signed service, this service is only free with orders over £50. Any orders below this will cost - you will be able to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website and will need to sign for it upon delivery.
Express Delivery (1-2 days): We offer an express delivery option which costs £5.99. Items are shipped with Royal Mail via a tracked and signed service and are estimated to arrive in 1-2 days, excluding Sundays and national holidays. This is not a guarantee and in some cases items may take longer to arrive.
Next Day Delivery (1 working day): If you need your item the next working day we offer a courier delivery option which costs £7.99 and is delivered by DPD. All next day delivery orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed and dispatched on the same day to be delivered the following business day. Any orders placed before the cut-off time on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, provided this is not a national holiday.

Republic of Ireland
International Deliveries: The delivery estimate on the product page does NOT apply for international deliveries. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International, or private couriers such as FedEx or UPS, and usually costs £12.00, depending on the destinations. The delivery timescale is a non-guaranteed 3 - 10 working days.
Customs Charges: In some cases, customers who apply for international delivery may be liable to pay the respective country's customs charge which they will have to pay themselves. Watch 101 cannot take responsibility for such charges.
Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted item(s) to us, as long as they are in new, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging, for an exchange or a full refund.
For an exchange or refund to be considered, any items returned must be new and unused, showing no cosmetic wear or damage. Any work or modifications performed on the watch, other than by Watch 101, will make the purchase ineligible for a refund or exchange, except in cases of mechanical failure covered by the warranty. This includes the removal or addition of links to a watch strap.
If, when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Watch 101 within 7 days of receipt of your shipment to advise us of any issues.
Under the United Kingdom's Long Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased through Watch 101 and receive a full refund within 30 days.
When received, all returns are examined by no less than two members of staff in order to determine the condition of the item, the nature of the return request and the action to be taken
As soon as this has been done, you will be contacted by a member of our staff who will inform you of the status of the return
All returns are usually processed on the day they are received but please allow up to 7 days for processing from the time the return was received by us
Please note that we can only process a refund for an item after we have received it back - in cases of items which go missing in transit we will submit a request to the carrier to conduct an investigation, and only if/when they advise that the item cannot be located will we process a refund or dispatch a replacement item
Free UK returns for faulty or unwanted items: For returns of faulty or unwanted items within 30 days of purchase please contact email@example.com for a prepaid returns label to allow you to return the item at no additional cost. Please include your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. All other returns are made at the customer's expense, including for warranty issues.
Faulty Item: We will always attempt to repair a faulty item in the first instance, and if this is not possible we will replace the item. If you believe the item(s) you have received to be faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us if you believe it to be faulty when you receive it.
I received the wrong item: If the item you receive is not what you originally ordered, please contact email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from the date of purchasing the item to return it to us.
